Affectionately named after a band a friend recommended to me once but I never actually got round to listening to, the modest mouse is really testing the definition of an ugly golf sweater. If you are any further than a few yards away you probably can't tell it's golf themed, which is why the wearer must grab the embroidery crest with two hands and wave it in the face of anyone they are being introduced to like Harry Maguire passionately brandishing the three lions emblem after scoring an important international goal.

Hey, what's that bulge on my back? Can you see it, at the top of my spine? I think it's the tag of my t-shirt bulging from the tightness of the sweater. My posture isn't helping though. You may have noticed I slouch my shoulders forward. It's actually something I'm quite self-conscious about so thanks for bringing it up. Dick.
