I've been thinking a lot about the things that are stopping me. I have all these creative ideas that I never follow through on, even if I have faith in them as interesting ideas. Eventually I either lose faith in the idea/project or convince myself it is not worth pursuing (people won't like it, it's unoriginal etc). A fear of failure seems to be a fairly understandable reason for not wanting to try. It's easy to tell yourself things like, "I don't want to try in case I fail

It has been a while since I have written anything of significance. Today I want to write something important. Not just something that allows me to show off writing skills - say, something that might impress a future employer - but something that could make a difference. If instead of my stupid jokes, unnecessary swearing, obscure references and violent imagery, I could write something that actually helps people in need, then I can finally go to bed happy; at peace with myself

My friend works at Street Food Chef and recently got a negative review accusing him of serving his friends before other paying customers.
